Kumo – Cabin

Situated in Currumbin Valley on ten acres of undulating topography, Kumo residence aspires to be a self-sufficient estate for a young, enterprising family who values the reprieve afforded by the lush sub-tropical landscape. The site is elevated, bound by rainforest ravines, punctuated by a natural creek, and has only one neighbouring property.

Kumo's masterplan includes a primary villa, secondary dwelling, edible gardens – including an orchard, stable, workshop and the rejuvenation of a freshwater dam. The primary villa, a single-level masonry oasis with a private entertaining court and pool, will replace the existing dwelling on the estate's central plain, culminating a family’s vision for the bucolic setting.
